the shower was a bit outdated. but everything else was fantastic! the breakfast spread was fresh and inviting, and the historical decor made the room feel special. the staff were very accommodating and friendly! !

In my wife’s opinion, a mini fridge would have been great for snacks and drinks.

The greeting from the friendly woman at reception set a warm tone for our stay. The triple room was spacious enough for our family with children, and we appreciated the garden view that added a nice touch to our experience. The location is indeed central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

However, the overall experience did not quite meet our expectations.

Our group had an amazing time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the beautiful décor. The staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. Don't miss the nearby coffee shops for breakfast!

We did find it a bit challenging to find the place at first because of the lack of clear signage. It would definitely help if they put up a bigger sign out front.
