the location was amazing and incredible, just next door to within walking distance from most things, and florence in the early morning. we were very satisfied with the exceptionally nice and accommodating staff.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with charming antique furniture. The friendly staff, and its location was perfect-just a short stroll to the Duomo and great local restaurants.

The accommodation had a super central location to the centre of Florence. The room was a nice size, with comfortable bed and a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom. All of the stuff was helpful and attentive to guests.

The place was centrally located. We had enough space in the triple room for my family and loved that it was super clean every day. The air conditioning worked wonders in the heat.
In my wife's opinion, a mini fridge would have been great for snacks and drinks.
